While working in the commission environment Martin Lovell was continually asked to question and confront the many real estate systems forced daily upon consumers that hurt them both financially & emotionally.
Martin asked the hard questions and these questions where heard as far as Australia. Due to Martin’s strong views on the real estate industry he was invited to attend a conference in Australia and learned a new system based on the highest standard of ethics and client care ever seen in the real estate industry.
The system provides management advice and training for real estate offices throughout Australia and New Zealand. The system proposed changes, some of which have now become law encompassed within the new Real Estate Agents Act 2008.
