From our first meeting, I knew Lovell Real Estate were who I wanted to sell with.
The agent came so well prepared, and had an incredible amount of information not only about the local market, but where my property sat within that market.
Adding to this information was the transparent, no fluff delivery, a fee system that was simple, and a property pricing strategy that made sense and I could understand. I was left with no reservations about listing with them, and an incredible feeling of trust and a belief that I was in good hands, and that they would get the best price they could for my property.
The property was only on the market for 13 days (in winter), and it sold above my expected price and the expected market price.
The practicality of selling with Lovell Real Estate continued in the same easy manner. Communication from both the agent and the office staff was professional, timely and courteous. They were always more than happy to work around me, and I was always kept in the loop in regard to what was going on with potential buyers. Right up until the day I moved out the team from Lovell Real Estate were keeping in touch and happy to help out where they could.
While I am hoping to not have to move again for a long time, it will be Lovell Real Estate that I head to when I do want to sell.
